You need to have accessed the terminal in-game for it to payout.

Every terminal = 7,000 credits.

From what i've understand from the translation, is that in Halo 4 we will fight again the flood,.also it says something about the rings and an array...Maybe MC is going to activate halo?Or he is trying to stop again someone who is going to activate halo?
Oh It seems that some flood survived on earth.
