Everything transferred perfectly except when I look up my tag on the leaderboards and other stats is shows the "r" in Resultion as a lowercase and not an uppercase. If you guys cuz make the "r" uppercase that would be great. Thanks

Not sure why it's displaying as a lower case "r" when everything else shows Resultion.  I even updated the gamertag again just to make sure I didn't type it in wrong, but it still didn't change it.  I will look into this for you and get back to you as soon as I can find out what's going on.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

How much time was there between your gamertag change on xbox live, and your gamertag change on halotracker?

Its been 3 days I think. The stats were uploaded correctly after the 1st day but the gamertag didn't have an uppercase "r". Now the stats are not correct either. Idk if it's just a time thing for the site to transfer everything correctly but idk haha

Is this getting done? My accounts been messed up for a good week now..

We don't set the capitlization of your gamertag, it comes from bungie's stats system.

I don't know what you're talking about.  Did you change your gamertag?  We have 160k people who are constantly using our system and constantly changing their gamer tags.  This would go a lot faster if you wrote out a proper help request and listed specifically what steps you have gone through, and what stats are messed up.

I changed my gamertag from Pro X Rifles to Resultion. I asked a week ago for the stats to be transferred to Resultion and they were. Recently my true skill stats Changed completely for reasons idk. For example..I was a 50 grade 1 in multi team, now I'm a 44. My top arena is also incorrect, I'm not a top 20% onyx I'm a top 9% onyx. Everything else is correct it's just the true skill and top arena % that is incorrect. All I want is my true skill rankings back and the top arena to be correct. If there's anything more you need tell me but idk what more you need.
