If you have recently changed your gamertag, please post it in here and a mod will transfer your stats from your old tag to your new tag.

You must let us know as soon as possible when you change your gamertag. Have at least one game played on Reach with your new gamertag. Stats can take up to 24 hours to transfer over to your new gamertag

Remember to go into your own account settings to change your gamertag as we will not do that for you.

If you would like to change your username to match your new gamertag, please let us know in the main forum chat here and if a mod is availiable, they will help you with that.

If you DO NOT  let us know about your gamertag changes as soon as possible, you have the chance to lose your true skill rankings.

Trueskill progress CAN be lost due to the time between changing gamertag, and notifying us. Please let us know as soon as you can, Thanks

You just did a switch for me, but even though my new tag k/d, and win percentage are better, my SWAT rank went down from a 50 G1, to a 48.  I've noticed a few other people mention this and have it fixed so I thought I'd mention it as well.

Nevermind, that was when I searched specifically for my old tag, I'm guessing it will all be straightened out when they're fully combined.  My new tag shows the proper rankings, but doesn't show any leaderboard rankings or overall site ranking, but I'm sure it will by tomorrow.  Thanks again!

It's been 24 hours now.  My stats still aren't migrated.  It somehow seems to have come up with an average for my numbered ranking and it randomly will show my proper percentile, but then go back.  Just wanted to mention it, still hoping all of the stats, ranks, percentages, and site score are figured out soon!  Thanks,
