I love too many bands, but my all time favorite has to be Pink Floyd! Each song is a entire tale, a saga, a magic trip into your own dimension, where all of your surroundings are drown into a black hole and you sit alone in perpetual harmony, in a perpetual bubble.

For me, it's artists that have gone above and beyond genres of their time to help inspire and create new ones:
The Clash
Johnny Cash
Run DMC
Bob Dylan
Radiohead
The Pixies
The Killers
Bad Religion
and of course there are always some guilty pleasures here an there... like when you go out to a club and they play something that's fun and you like it, mainly because it gets all the girls excited.
