I know that Frankie mentioned there were 2 ranking system. Although, the specifics on those weren't mentioned at all.

The first ranking system is like Reach's.
The second ranking system goes by a letter then a number. In one video Frankie reached ranked A-7. So I'm guessing you build yourself up from "Z" and reach a benchmark letter every number of games you reach.
My Idea:
Player 1 Reached C-4,
Many games later,
Player 1 reached C-1,
Next game
Congratulations you are now in Division B. And you start off at B-7

Stop saying reach system is back!!! Halo 4 has EXP. Instead of reach with the random blam! jackpots and performance bonuses, Halo 4 will be like COD where you get a certain amount of points per kill and everything else you do.
