Yet another free to play game on Steam. It takes a bit to run, but it's pretty fun. It's a third person shooter MMO similar to a Saints Row style game. I will admit, while it's a tad laggy on my machine, it's pretty fun, and has amazing character creation.

In this game, there are two factions: Criminals and Enforcers. Like it sounds, Criminals are the faction that essentially partake in criminal activities. Enforcers try to keep the peace and arrest the criminals.

The game is mission-based with a small, open world concept. You are always queued for a mission, but with a simple toggle of the ready button, you can go around exploring as much as you want. Just watch out for rival faction members. The open-world scenario means you can catch, call in, and arrest (Kill or non-lethal) criminals at your disclosure. Just watch out. The shoot back.

You earn money and increase your rank by doing missions. Even if you don't contribute whatsoever, you can still get a small amount of in-game money to use to buy clothing, cars, or weapons, at the social district where all these items are purchasable.

As for MTs in this Free2Play game, I can only imagine it allows early access to wardrobe and car choices, though some things are limited based on your level.
