Of course, this comes as no surprise, not only from activity, but also due to the outdatedness of the purpose of this group, now that the site supports its own Find Games tool.

BUT, don't be sad (For those of you who may be). There is something new that will emerge from this. What is it? Well....

That's right. A brand new HTR Casual Players Club will soon be forming.

So you may have some questions. I will do my best to answer them.

What is the general purpose of the new CPC?
Essentially, to live up to its name. The Casual Players Club was designed for the purpose of bringing together casual gamers. And what better way to do so than monthly Game Nights, Tournaments, and Participating members?

Will there be medals and goals to achieve?
With any luck, yes. CPC will have participation awards for Game Nights, Tournaments, and Contests. As for the prizes however, that is still up in the air. But hey, it wouldn't be the Casual Players Club if I got THAT serious about this!

Will there be new ranks?
Most likely? No. We will be sticking with the Halo 3 ranks. But at the same time, what they mean will be totally different.

That's all well and good, but what will we actually DO in this group?
The premise behind finding you people to play with hasn't changed. On top of the Monthly Game Night, the CPC will also feature weekly Customs Lobbies, which you can go to enjoy the mind-numbing creations of your fellow man, and Tournments every 6 months - One for forging, and one for best 1v1 player of the group. It will also be a good place to share your forged maps with fellow members, and, with any luck, we will be able to work alongside Forge Cafe to expand activity and participation, and well as getting you guys some cool maps to try out.


But what does this mean for the current HTR Casual Players Club? It will (Hopefully) be getting deleted soon to make room for the new group, which means you will be required to sign back up. The purpose for this? Because of the already mentioned lack of activity.
