For reference of campaign challenges:
WC = 10,000
ONI:SB = 40,000
Nightfall = 10,000
TotS = 15,000
Long Night = 20,000
Exodus = 10,000
New Alexandria = 10,000
The Package = 15,000
PoA = 20,000
Lone Wolf = 50,000

Make them turn on the Iron Skull for levels with no deaths.

I second that. Just one question though, would the Plasma Rifle kills be better as a Plasma REPEATER as that's a starting weapon in Invasion and Elite Slayer I think?

And here's a suggestion I know you won't like Dama:

Maybe every so often have a Redemption Challenge week?

Put up 5 or 6 OLD Challenges so newer members can have a go, others can go for ones they've missed, but also to give the Challenge creators a bit of a break and to keep ideas fresh.

Possibly just include ONE new Challenge for that week to give Dama SOMETHING to go for though :)

I have actually thought about this but now that someone brought it up it is something to definitely put into consideration.  I was thinking of having it 1 week a month.

How about this one:

Covenant thy Neighbours Ox ( sorry :-)  ).

Complete EXODUS using ONLY Covenant ordinance.

The two exceptions being Frag grenades and Falcon Turret kills.

The trickiest part could be rushing the Skimishers at the start to get a Plasma Pistol because Melee and suicide Grunts definitely doesn't mix.

Alright, I'll give this a try.

Get 20 EMP blasts in any Gruntpocolypse game on Heroic or harder without dying
Finish an entire campaign level without getting more than 30 kills on Heroic or Harder with at least 3 GOLD skulls on  --Not sure how possible this one is
Finish an ENTIRE Firefight MM round (No score attack) game with 0 deaths and at least Rampage
In any Grifball game (Since its a new playlist) earn a wrecking crew or 2 Dream crushers
In either Team Arena or MLG earn an assist spree
On Nightfall get 0 Kills with both of your starting weapons on Heroic or harder with at least 40 kills
In any Invasion game type earn either 2 "Spawn Sprees" or a "Wingman"
Simply enough, get a perfection or an extermination
On Winter Contingency earn a Vehicular Manslaughter
Play an entire game of snipers without getting a sniper headshot with at least 10 kills
On "Sword base" kill both Wraiths without using the Target Locator on Legendary (must finish level)

Edit: I actually came up with more

In any objective game type have all the flag/bomb scores
During any slayer game type, score half your teams kills while going +15
During any MM game, have all of your kills be registered as headshots, with getting at least 10 kills
In the map Exodus, kill at least 3 banshee while using the turret gun on Heroic or harder


Edit:
In any MM game, get 3 assassinations (animated) WITHOUT being assassinated or beatdown in the same game
Earn a "show stopper" in any MM game
In any firefight game, earn 40 kills with any vehicle without getting a splatter spree
In any Gruntpocolypse game, have at least 110 headshots with the DMR or 85 with the pistol
Finish any rocketfight game without killing any elite with Rockets or a Fuel Rod Cannon
During a normal swat game, have at least 10 kills and all with the pistol
In any MM game, have at least 10 kills without ever firing a weapon

You can go thru nightfall with about 10 kills or less Meth
