I find that I will choose to stay behind for this one. I stayed behind for Halo 2, and didn't purchase Halo 3 until late 09'. Reach I purchased at midnight release. Is anyone staying behind for Halo 3 or Reach? I find Halo 3 to be more my game. I'll be sticking with it, for a few years. Maybe in '14 I'll purchase it. Your thoughts?

I may play Reach a few times after Halo 4 released, but I'm pretty much not ever going to return to Reach. I've been playing Reach and 3 equally lately, and it's been fun.

I'm going to play the H4 campaign for sure. I think I'll be playing Reach MM for a while and eventually get into H4 MM.

H4 may end up being really good, but I just haven't been as hyped about it as H3 or Halo Reach.

I'll be playing Halo 4 until the next one comes out. I remember when Halo 3: ODST came out, I got it same day. But only for the campaign. When I got bored, I'd play H3 MM. Reach came out, same thing... Played campaign then back to H3 MM. But as the higher ranks in Reach started coming out, I started playing that more. Once H4 comes out, bye bye Reach.

A lot of you had the same responses when I asked this about Halo Reach and it's arrival. Everyone was for Halo Reach, and everyone seemed to be hyped before it's launch. The way I frequently blam! about and die by grenades and how Halo 4 is going to have a perk where kids will be able to start with FOUR grenades...

Me and Reach are going to have a pretty platonic relationship for quite some time. Who knows? I may even become an Inheritor D:

Nah definitely moving onto Halo 4, I probs won't play reach at all and play Halo 3 customs now and then :)

I only played Reach since my connection used to be so bad after huge amounts of players left Halo 3, that it was unplayable. Then I got my internet updated and I play them equally.

I Had H2 for PC until like '09. It's still my favorite Halo game. However, Reach was my first Halo for the Xbox... and since the day I got it, I've had a goal of getting to Eclipse. I'm Noble now, so I hope I can get to Eclipse before H4.

Everyone wants Haunted helm, and I don't think I'm making it to Inheritor anytime soon. Just hope they give out Haunted helm to everyone before they shut down servers for Reach. But that's no guarantee.
So yes, I'll stay behind a little.

I suppose it will all depend on how I like Halo 4.  If I don't like it I won't play it.  I'm not paying much attention to the reports that are coming in about the gameplay and what not.  I prefer just to wait until the game comes out to try it for myself.  

I will be playing H4 religiously.

I'm MORE excited for the campaign for Halo 4 and naturally, since H2 midnight release, I will be getting H4 on the midnight release. Been to EVERY Halo midnight release. XD I'm too excited for MM in Halo 4 because of some of the changes I've read and am not too fond of it. However, as long as H4 has forge, I will probably be spending LOTS of time there. XD I LOVE forge mode and  spent many hours on Reach just in forge. I would even appear offline so I wouldn't be bothered when making maps. lol
