Is bumping threads against the rules, ive seen it on other sites and its annoying.

It depends on the thread. If it's a thread that clearly nobody cares about, no it's not allowed. We leave it up to the moderator to decide. Never had any anyone disagree with us.

Within this forum?? I believe the rules for HT forums apply only to HT forums, so internally how would someone in here impersonate another member?

This is common sense against the rules.  This would be handled promptly.

In the chance that someone logs on to another persons account. It does happen from time to time.

Rules are never a bad thing.

This hasn´t got anything to do with the forum rules, but as I can not send any personal messages I will do it this way. Yesterday I got unrightfully banned by sengir and Cyberdistortion. I may have been a tad bit rude/impatient, but I do not think that the reaction to ban me (I am still banned) is right. Even then, in the remotest case that the ban was just the banner should have sent me a pm at the very least stating the offense and the time period for which I am banned.

Right now when I want to appeal my ban to Ativan I get this:

So when you are banned you have no way to fight your ban, unless you are willing to go public, but in this case I shall. Because some members, and I don´t remember their names were laughing at me for being banned or standing up to a mod for asking clarification on rejecting a challenge. Anyway, in the past I have never had problems so I hope this will be resolved quickly.

the contact page is wrong, she isnt the best person to contact if someone gets chatbox banned. its best to contact who banned you or any available staff members (mods/admins) online at the time.

how can you expect someone who isnt online and didnt see the chatbox going to help you?
