How to Become a Halotracker Broadcasting Partner
First of all, you need to have a stream setup on Justin.tv or Twitch.tv

If you need help setting your stream up, you can review this Help Guide.

We can use streams from other sites on our homepage, but this would be for major events or special ocasions.
Please PM Phoenix v2 with any requests.

Your account must be in good standings with HTR

This is also the first step in the process to be listed on the Halotracker Partnership Network - Twitch Team Page

BE SURE TO READ THIS ENTIRE THREAD!!!

Halotracker strives to provide the Highest Quality, Most Active and Entertaining streams available to its community members. Please note that even thought this website is a Halo focused site, you do not have to only stream Halo. We are always looking to expand our options and are willing to consider non Halo game play focused streams. This includes streams that are more focused on gaming discussions or debates as well as any playable game.

If you are interested in becoming a Broadcasting Partner and having your stream added to HTR, your stream will need to be High Quality, Highly Active and promote HTR via your stream page. There are numerous ways you can promote HTR via your stream page, below is the Partnership Requirement Breakdown.

Partnership Requirement Breakdown:

1) Stream must be Highly Active. If you are new to Live Streaming, try to get established as a streamer first, before applying for a Partnership with Halotracker.

2) Have at least 1 Clickable Link and/or Image to Halotracker.com in your Info/Long Bio Section.

3) Live Stream Must Have High Audio/Video Quality. That being said, streams do NOT have to be broadcasted in 720 to be linked on the site. Lesser quality streams reach a larger audience.
If you are Partnered with Twitch Tv, the viewers will get a choice in which resolution to watch your stream.

If you are applying for a Broadcasting Partnership with Halotracker, Please make sure the quality of your stream is Consistent, Crisp and Not Grainy.

***Please Note. The Review Process can be a lengthy one. To ensure the quickest review time on your request, please make sure you have all the prerequisites met Before applying for the partnership.

Other, "NOT" Required ways you can promote Halotracker:

1) Have the HTR logo/web address in your Banner at the top of your stream & in your Background.

2) Include HTR in your chat's welcome message!

3) Use a Halotracker Stream Overlay

If you are interested in using a HTR themed stream overlay, please check out THIS THREAD for some options. Feel free to create a customized version if you would like too.

Once you have completed this and updated your stream, PM Phoenix v2 the following information,

1) I will need your JTV/TwitchTV stream web URL link.

2) Your HTR Username.

3) XBL Gamertag (This will be so that we can list some of your stats on your stream page. So if you change your GT, and want your stats to update, we will need to be made aware of the change.)

4) Your Twitter/YouTube/Facebook/Social network account URL's, this will sync up your Twitter box in your stream embed. It will also help towards future stuff added to the Broadcaster page and embed. If you don't have 1 or all, it is not a problem, but our current and main focus is on Twitter.

5) What you want on your Broadcaster image, for example, look at the Broadcasters section, each streamer has their own image. Please note, that you must provide us with an image link. We can not create an image for you. Please ensure that the link you are providing is the full image link, and that it is a link to the actual image. Please use http://tinyurl.com/ if the link is long. Please include in quotations, what you would like your Broadcasters Image to read. ie: What "name" you would like to be featured as on the site

Once he receives your information and confirms you have updated your stream, we will review everything and work to get you approved and added. Due to the fact that we are not always online when you are live streaming, please make sure there are some past broadcasts available for us to review.

As part of our continued effort to provide the most active and best stream selection available, we will constantly be checking and reevaluating our current Partners to ensure they are active and maintaining the Partnership. If we find a stream that is not maintaining the Broadcasting Partnership or has become inactive we will remove the stream. The best way to prevent or avoid your removal, is to stay active and keep us informed of any changes that may cause issues. This includes a change to your stream name, gamertag, HTR Username, Twitter account or anything else. Also, be sure to follow @Halotracker, @Phoenix_HTR and @ShavedLycan13 via Twitter for news and info.  If your stream does get removed due to inactivity or another reason and you would like it re added to the site, please let us know.  Please contact Phoenix v2 with any issue or changes.

Please understand that we receive many requests every week. All requests should be reviewed within 5-7 days, if you do not receive a response or see your stream on the site after 7-10 days please send a reminder message as we are busy and may not have gotten to it yet or over looked it.  If we require additional information you may receive a message from Phoenix v2 or another member of the Broadcast Partnership Team.

Hope this helps.

Thank you

Re: How to become a Broadcaster here at Halotracker
I just recently began streaming on JTV at www.justin.tv/zinastin and I would like to be a part of the broadcasters here.  I'll need some help getting a link picture (on the broadcaster page), and if someone has a suggestion on how to broadcast my voice as well, I would appreciate it. My setup uses an hdmi splitter from my xbox to tv/cap card, Aver Mediacenter to view, and Dyyno to broadcast. Any suggestions or help is welcome, and thanks :)
