No-one willknow what CoD is, let alone play it.

Most people play COD for the Multiplayer aspect.  I think CE as great as it will be will be a quick run through a couple times and then back to your normal seasonal games.

I think that CEA will take the CoD population for a while, but then i think things will go back to normal gaming flow after people hit the campaign a couple times.

I agree with Jerk. CEA will be a runthrough game where people get achievements and play through it for memories, play it for the first time, or for fun.

But after that, it's all back to multiplayer. CoD players will prefer CoD multiplayer and well, Reach players will still be playing Reach multiplayer, but on CEA.

The campaign is a story, that repeats itself every time you play it. The multiplayer is a different game very time.

Yeh, but still, look at all of the maps, and dont EVER forget about the nerf of armour

yah it will take the cod fanbase for like a week but when they do go back to cod i personally think that halo combat evolved anniverserary will be more enjoyable no noobs i guess u could say i personally like to play games with hardcore fans its more enjoyable it has more fun to it plus most of the cod fan base is little kids from my personnel perspective that's my thoughts

I disagree with you on this, the campaign, at least the gameplay aspect of it is different every time you play it, the AI is never predictable on the highest difficulty setting. Story-wise I have to agree, but I didn´t keep playing the original CE campaign for the story...and I also played the multiplayer. So hopefully this is gonna bring in some new fans.

Still, the game was revolutionary for it´s time 10 years ago, I am not sure if it still is with all the innovative new games around now such as Borderlands, Red Dead Redemption or Batman Arkham City, to name just a few.

But that's the thing Dama. Right now, CoD fans are playing CoD multiplayer instead of Reach. And when Anniversary comes out, CoD fans will go back to playing CoD multiplayer instead of Reach, which is what the multiplayer will be.

They're doing it now, they'll be doing it then. Nothing will change.

Not gonna happen If Ce dropped 1st I would say yes but CoD players will play CoD no matter what comes out. Ce might sell a million or 2 copies MW3 will sell over 10 million. Hell i know at least 15 pewople on my list that are playing reach cause Broke ops was bad and Mw2 got boring Trust me when I say that Ce will not save Halo only a game that goes back to its roots will.

the population for Reach will still struggle since people aint happy with anything in the game and will play nothing but COD
