Halo: CEA is using the Reach Multiplayer.
But in campaign, I'm pretty sure they kept the medals, if not added newer ones.

The Awards u get for lets say 1000 Rocket kills, 20 Plasma Pistol Kills, etc etc, theres a ton on this site, u should see it

Are you referring to the medals you earn on Halotracker for kills in Halo Reach? Because all of those awards are earned via matchmaking, and since the Halo CEA matchmaking will be Halo Reach MM you will still earn progress on them.
